At Taj Men, we are committed to delivering our premium menswear to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently provide shipping services across all governorates within Egypt.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer a flat-rate shipping model where the cost is determined by your specific governorate.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping Fees: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday.

Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delays with the courier.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, our courier partner will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery time. Please ensure your phone is available to receive calls from the delivery representative.
5. Inspection & Delivery
Upon delivery, we encourage you to inspect the package. If the packaging is significantly damaged, please report it to the courier immediately or contact our customer support.
6. Change of Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it without additional shipping fees.
