Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. General Scope

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of receipt. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Accessories: All accessories and free gifts received with the product must be included.

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return or exchange, the original invoice (receipt) or proof of purchase is strictly required. Returns without a valid receipt will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or cash, if applicable) within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
